I was wondering if this product comes in different languages? What all languages does Brosix contain as language preference? Brosix desktop application currently supports English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Bulgarian, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Turkish, Arabic and Czech.

Will your co-browsing feature work with website which require log in? For security reasons Co-Browse does not work with sites that require users to Log In. You can use the Screen-sharing feature for such websites.

You can replace the notification sound in Brosix by replacing the sounds files with sounds of your choice. In order to do so, search for *.wav files in the Brosix sub-directories. Once you locate them, you can replace them with .wav files of your choice.

The “Predefined messages” or “Quick messages” are messages that are defined and you can easily place them in the writing area of your Brosix chat window. Then you can edit and send the message.
