You can easily embed Brosix into your webpage.
1. Activate “Live Chat (Web Guests)” feature
Go to Web Control Panel – Settings – Integrations tab and enable the “Live Chat (Web Guests)” feature.
This will create two groups in your Team Network:
- “Live Chat Agents” – only members of this group can chat with your web guests.
- “Live Chat Visitors” – Web Guest channels will be shown inside this group in contact lists of your operators (agents).
2. Install the scripts
Copy the code below and paste it into every page you’d like a Chat-Box to appear on. When you’re adding the code, make sure it’s placed just before the </head> tag.
Where _NID_ is your network number, you can find it out in your Web Control Panel.
That’s all! The Live Chat button will show on your website. From the Web Control Panel you can control its position, color, and also what time of the day to show.
